Tributes paid to 'dedicated' Heart Link founder after staggering donation made to Leicester children

Tributes have been paid to the co-founder of one of Leicester’s much-loved charities following her death. Gill Smart, who helped to create Heart Link, died at Loros in June 2020 after a cancer battle. She was 74.
